Belawan Indah is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to drive successful project execution in our engineering division. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare project documentation including reports, plans, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
