Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and interpret project requirements for BMS and HVAC systems
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
- Prepare project documentation including reports, plans, and technical specifications
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all project phases
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS and HVAC project engineering
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC technologies
- Experience in project management and coordination of subcontractors
- Proficient in technical documentation and project reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in BMS or HVAC engineering are a plus
