HKM HR Management is currently seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to oversee high-impact Building Automation System (BAS) and security system projects in the Alexandra area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and site management.

You will bridge the gap between technical design and site execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate site activities for the installation and commissioning of Building Automation and ELV systems.
- Supervise sub-contractors and on-site teams to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and programming to ensure optimal operation of security and automation setups.
- Manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, site reports, and project status updates.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work quality meets internal standards and client requirements.
- Conduct site risk assessments and ensure compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering or site supervision.
- Hands-on experience with ELV systems, Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control), or Building Automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to manage on-site teams and client relations effectively.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in Singapore.
