We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our construction and real estate projects in Santa Maria, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between architectural designs and on-site execution, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project Engineer, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to management immediately.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in real estate or construction project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Santa Maria, Bulacan.
