Tanggung Jawab
- Manage civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&S project management
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project software
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
