- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Implement and monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain technical standards
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and compliance records
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and contingency planning
- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and client requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in project management (PMP) or relevant engineering accreditation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
