- Oversee daily construction progress and ensure strict adherence to project plans, blueprints, and schedules.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and personnel to resolve issues and ensure seamless workflow.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license as a Civil Engineer.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
