Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for steel structure initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, procurement, construction)
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships
- Optimize resource utilization and cost management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of project management experience in steel/construction
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
