Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end engineering projects in chemical/mechanical manufacturing settings
- Ensure strict compliance with WSQ Supervise Construction Work and Work-at-Height safety certifications
- Oversee technical operations and process optimization in chemical/plastics production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement engineering solutions for operational challenges
- Maintain documentation of project specifications, progress, and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Valid WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification
- Work-at-Height safety certification
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of chemical/mechanical systems and industrial processes
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
