Are you a detail-oriented Civil Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the agribusiness and food industry? Pilmico Foods Corporation, the integrated agribusiness division of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, is looking for a dynamic Project Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team in Tarlac City.
In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing capital projects, infrastructure development, and facility maintenance to support our world-class production standards. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and site execution, ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end civil engineering projects from planning and design to implementation and project handover.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to engineering blueprints, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, project timelines, and progress reports for management review.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to prevent downtime in production facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, building codes, and environmental safety standards.
- Perform regular technical audits to identify potential maintenance needs or infrastructure improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or agribusiness construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of structural design, site development, and local building permit processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage external contractors and cross-functional teams effectively.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and commitment to workplace safety (HSE).
- Willingness to work on-site in Tarlac City and handle project-specific demands.
