We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to join Lynsoon Builder for a high-profile water treatment plant project in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area, specifically based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical infrastructure development.
As the Project Engineer (Civil), you will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of the water treatment plant construction. From initial planning and design review to execution and handover, you will ensure that the project meets technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines. You will work closely with the project management team, designers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and drive progress.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in water or wastewater treatment projects. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and manage civil works for water treatment plant construction.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
- Coordinate with design teams to review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.
- Supervise site engineers and construction personnel.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in water treatment or infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
