As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing civil and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute civil and ACMV engineering projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, and quality assurance assessments
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget allocation to meet targets
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or coordination roles
- Solid understanding of ACMV/HVAC systems and civil construction practices
- Proficiency in project management software and technical tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications or prior MNC experience would be advantageous
