Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure completion within time and budget constraints.
- Integrate Civil and Mechanical design requirements to ensure seamless site implementation.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to international safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress summaries, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical site issues.
- Manage procurement of materials and supervise site logistics for specialized tunnelling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or tunnelling projects.
- Strong understanding of both Civil structural requirements and Mechanical system installations.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or MS Project.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, global team environments.
- Valid professional engineering certification (SKK/SKA) is considered a strong advantage.
