- Plan, organize, and oversee civil construction projects from initial design to completion
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate problem-solving efforts
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) is highly desirable
- Experience working with regulatory authorities and obtaining necessary permits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
