Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and manage technical submissions, including method statements and construction programs.
- Coordinate the production and approval of detailed shop drawings to ensure design intent and site requirements are met.
- Monitor site progress against the master construction schedule and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations and query resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, Singapore BCA standards, and internal quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, site safety requirements, and standard building materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
