Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Solve technical challenges and provide engineering solutions for construction issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and quality control standards
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
