We are representing a Top Leading A1 Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team for a major Land Transport Authority (LTA) project. As a Project Engineer (Civil), you will play a pivotal role in the site management and technical coordination of large-scale civil engineering works. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily site operations to ensure civil works are completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with LTA representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and site constraints.
- Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Manage site resources, including manpower and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality control procedures on-site.
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and handle claims or variations related to civil works.
- Ensure all site documentation and records are maintained accurately for audit and submission purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.
- Direct experience working on LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, Eurocodes, and LTA specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other engineering software.
- Possess relevant safety certifications such as Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
