We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team for a prestigious LTA (Land Transport Authority) project in the Central Region. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure developments, leveraging your expertise in civil engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and operational oversight of construction activities. You will ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with LTA regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute construction activities in strict accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Supervise on-site PEB fabrication and erection works, ensuring strict adherence to engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with internal engineering teams, project managers, and external vendors to resolve technical issues and manage material requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation, including progress reports, daily site reports, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise directly with LTA representatives and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and regulatory requirements are satisfied.
- Manage site logistics and resources to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction and civil engineering projects.
- Strong experience working on LTA or government infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
