- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil engineering projects
- Support site construction teams to ensure smooth execution of work activities
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and enforce quality control standards
- Proactively identify potential site issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, plans, and compliance records
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site/project experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
- Singapore Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or citizenship required
