Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards (DOSH/NIOSH).
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and project schedules using project management software.
- Oversee on-site technical operations and troubleshoot structural issues as they arise.
- Manage project resources, material procurement, and budget allocations efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering sector.
- Professional registration (e.g., BEM/IEM) is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, CAD software (AutoCAD), and project management tools.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a demanding site environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be based in Gerik, Perak, and manage on-site operations effectively.
