Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee civil and structural engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to streamline site operations and project workflows.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to engineering designs and safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for senior management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
- Supervise site activities to ensure strict compliance with local construction regulations and OSH requirements.
- Manage material procurement and logistics to ensure project sites are fully equipped.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven expertise in structural design software and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction site management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on project cost and quality control.
- Ability to adapt to contract-based project requirements and maintain high performance under tight deadlines.
