In this pivotal role, you will support the end-to-end coordination and execution of complex cleanroom, A&A, and CSA (Construction Supervision Agency) construction projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Cleanroom, A&A, and CSA construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to communicate project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and change orders.
- Coordinate with facility managers to ensure seamless handover of completed projects.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within Cleanroom or A&A construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Singapore's local construction codes and regulations is highly preferred.
