We are seeking a dedicated professional to join their expanding project management team to drive excellence, ensure safety, and deliver results on time and within budget.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the technical coordination of site activities, liaising with consultants, and overseeing sub-contractor performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and RFI processes to ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure all work adheres to BCA regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to resolve on-site technical challenges proactively.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, cost tracking documentation, and site meeting minutes.
- Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are managed efficiently to optimize site productivity.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices across the project site.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience with an A1 Main Contractor in Singapore.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and structural details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding project deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements.
