As the Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle. From initial planning and design coordination to on-site execution and close-out, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the key point of contact for site coordination, liaising closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you will oversee all technical aspects of the project, including method statements, risk assessments, and material approvals. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and provide innovative engineering solutions will be highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day construction site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost control reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental standards.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and material compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project engineering.
- Prior experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center / High-Tech infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes (BCA regulations) and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Safety Pass (SSP) is preferred.
