Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site activities to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with local engineering standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in project engineering or site management.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure technical environments.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong academic record will also be considered.
