Pengerang Terminals is currently seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Contract) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of engineering projects that are vital to our terminal operations. Your scope of work will be comprehensive, covering essential areas such as engineering design, accurate cost estimating, detailed project scheduling, and strategic contracting. You will also play a critical role in the procurement process, ensuring resources are acquired efficiently. Beyond technical execution, you will oversee quality control protocols and manage the complex process of securing necessary permits. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive projects from conception to completion while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end engineering project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
- Conduct detailed cost estimating and budgeting for project materials, labor, and services.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, RFQs, and contract negotiation.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all engineering deliverables meet industry and company standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and licenses efficiently.
- Monitor site safety compliance and coordinate with site teams during execution phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or marine industry.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including cost estimation and scheduling.
- Proven track record in contract management and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO) and local regulatory permitting procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
