As a Project Engineer cum BIM Drafter, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and execution. You will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into detailed BIM models while ensuring that project milestones are met on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for M&E services including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing using Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and sub-contractors to resolve design clashes and technical discrepancies.
- Oversee daily project operations on-site, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and schedules.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation for authority submissions and BIM coordination meetings.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the Project Manager and clients.
- Ensure all on-site installations comply with Singapore's regulatory standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Manage the procurement of M&E materials and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery to the site.
- Conduct quality inspections and site walk-throughs to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling and project engineering within the M&E sector in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, construction sequences, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines under pressure.
- Knowledge of BIM e-submission requirements and BCA standards.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site.
