Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project engineering aspects including planning, execution, and monitoring of oil and gas infrastructure projects
- Prepare and maintain accurate quantity surveying documentation, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with specifications
- Analyze and report on project financial performance, recommending cost-saving measures where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare project completion reports and documentation for handover to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering and quantity surveying, preferably in oil and gas sector
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and cost estimation techniques
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and project management tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) or quantity surveying is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
