Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the comprehensive planning and day-to-day execution of site activities.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure seamless workflow on-site.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring technical accuracy during implementation.
- Identify potential site issues or bottlenecks and proactively suggest technical solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, site meeting minutes, and RFI submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within data centre, M&E, or industrial construction environments.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and construction site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and site teams.
- Ability to commit to an immediate or short-notice start.
