Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee electrical project lifecycle activities including design review, procurement, and site installation.
- Supervise on-site electrical contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical bottlenecks and manage project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to monitor progress against project milestones.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and budget forecasts for management review.
- Manage electrical equipment procurement and inventory tracking to minimize project downtime.
- Facilitate testing and commissioning processes to ensure all electrical systems meet operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in electrical project management or site engineering.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore electrical standards, SS638, and local building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical teams and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Possess a valid professional certification or background suitable for the Singapore construction/engineering sector.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
