Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Review electrical technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure strict compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project execution on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and maintain high-quality control standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and variation orders.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across all project sites.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and engineering solutions for complex issues encountered during the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in project engineering or site management within the electrical sector.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Deep understanding of local electrical standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project locations within Selangor.
