Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from planning and design to execution and handover, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and M&E specialists.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering or management, specifically within electrical systems or the M&E/ACMV sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully from conception to completion, ideally in the Singapore market.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., SS standards, WSH Act).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
