- Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress reports, and technical submissions
- Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Review and approve technical drawings and specifications
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project engineering, preferably electrical sector
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
