Epiterma Mas Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our prestigious high-rise building project in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end electrical systems implementation, ensuring that all work meets rigorous safety, quality, and performance standards. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering landmark infrastructure within a dynamic construction environment.
We are looking for an expert capable of bridging the gap between design and field execution. You will manage sub-contractors, monitor project schedules, and provide technical guidance to ensure the electrical infrastructure of our high-rise development is completed efficiently and safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all electrical installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with project blueprints and specifications.
- Supervise sub-contractors and technical staff, ensuring all works are executed within defined timelines and safety protocols.
- Review and interpret electrical engineering drawings (MEP) and resolve any technical conflicts during the construction phase.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure alignment with international standards and local building codes.
- Prepare regular progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for senior management.
- Oversee electrical testing and commissioning processes for high-rise building systems.
- Ensure that all site operations comply with K3 (Health and Safety) regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within high-rise building or commercial construction projects.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and relevant electrical design/modeling software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including MV/LV distribution, lighting, and building automation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Hold a valid SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) or similar professional certification is a significant advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and commit to project-based contract timelines.
