Tanggung Jawab
- Support project planning and execution for electrical and mechanical engineering initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project status updates
- Assist in designing and reviewing electrical and mechanical system specifications
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Maintain accurate project records and inventory of materials and equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CAD software knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Good communication skills with ability to work effectively in teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
