Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical departments, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform on-site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, material requirements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion within established parameters.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards expected at MCi Career Services.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a project engineering or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or other relevant design tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead on-site teams.
