Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end electrical projects including design, implementation, and commissioning
- Oversee budget control, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical project management
- Expertise in protection and control system design
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC)
- Proven track record in budget management and delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) preferred
