Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for elevator and escalator installations in Sidoarjo region
- Coordinate technical teams including designers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed engineering documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (ISO 8586, EN 81)
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues proactively
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepare monthly progress reports and client communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in elevator/escalator project management
- Strong knowledge of vertical transportation systems and components
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in elevator engineering (ASME A17.1 or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
