Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and BMS across commercial projects
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance procedures
- Provide technical support during system integration and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ELV/security systems project implementation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, fire alarms)
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Singaporean PR or Singapore employment pass holder
