Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with approved project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH).
- Prepare accurate progress reports, site meeting minutes, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
- Manage project resources, including materials and labor, to maintain cost-efficiency and productivity.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project planning.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Johor Bahru.
