As our Project Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operational success, responsible for orchestrating resources, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating seamless communication across cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily building works and facility maintenance projects to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders, site contractors, and external vendors.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to identify potential facility risks or maintenance requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for senior management.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity while minimizing operational downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management or construction project coordination.
- Strong understanding of building services, maintenance workflows, and technical drawing interpretations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor and client relationships.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
