Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, implementation, and commissioning of fire protection and security systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) regulations and international safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Conduct site assessments, risk analysis, and technical feasibility studies
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation including CAD drawings and installation plans
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support during system testing and handover
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging fire safety technologies and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection or security system projects
- Professional certification in Fire Safety Engineering (e.g., SFPE, NICET) preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA/SCDF codes and Singaporean safety regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required for security clearance
