Are you an experienced engineering professional looking to drive facility management excellence? Newtech Technology is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer / FM Senior Engineer to oversee critical infrastructure projects and ensure seamless operational performance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering projects, ranging from initial planning and resource allocation to final execution and delivery.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Facilities Management (FM) and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within budget and timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, enforce safety compliance standards, and maintain the highest levels of operational efficiency across our facilities in Kaki Bukit.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering and FM projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and facility audits to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders and internal departments to communicate project progress, risks, and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress summaries, and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering or Senior Facilities Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and facility management best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or Singaporean citizenship is required.
