As our Project Engineer, you will be the backbone of our HVAC installation and maintenance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC project installations according to engineering specifications and local building codes.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site teams, and clients to ensure project timelines are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for management review.
- Manage material procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize project costs.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting of HVAC systems to resolve technical failures or performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure all project equipment and installations meet company and industry quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in HVAC systems design, installation, or project management.
- Strong understanding of psychrometrics, heat load calculations, and duct design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software for blueprint interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage both technical teams and client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
