Syarikat Ong Yoke Lin is a reputable engineering firm currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our engineering projects, with a specific focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage HVAC/ACMV project activities from planning through to final commissioning.
- Perform detailed technical site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering designs and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and labor meet quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure all engineering works strictly comply with safety standards and local building regulations.
- Support the tendering process by providing accurate cost estimations and material take-offs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HVAC/ACMV project execution (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and contractor relationships.
- Ability to interpret complex mechanical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites around Perak as required.
