Trust Recruit is currently looking for a skilled professional to lead and manage engineering projects focusing on HVAC systems, Kitchen Ventilation, and IoT integration. This is a full-time opportunity located in the North-East Region.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. You will also be involved in the design phase, utilizing IoT technologies to create smarter, more sustainable environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to handover.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare technical specifications for HVAC and kitchen ventilation systems.
- Integrate IoT solutions to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and cost estimates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or Kitchen Ventilation projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and smart building management systems.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid engineering license or certification is preferred.
