Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HVAC and mechanical engineering projects, including design, installation, and commissioning
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct site inspections and technical audits to maintain quality standards
- Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Resolve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC and mechanical project engineering experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability practices
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
