In this role, you will be at the intersection of mechanical engineering and cutting-edge IoT solutions, ensuring that complex HVAC and ventilation systems are designed, coordinated, and executed to the highest standards.
You will play a pivotal role in project lifecycle management, serving as the bridge between technical design teams, on-site contractors, and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle coordination of HVAC and ventilation projects, ensuring adherence to site safety and quality standards.
- Integrate IoT sensors and smart monitoring systems into mechanical ventilation infrastructure to optimize building performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with project blueprints.
- Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve coordination conflicts and optimize scheduling.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project managers and clients.
- Manage material procurement and vendor relationships to ensure project timelines and budget constraints are met.
- Implement and oversee testing and commissioning processes for all installed ventilation systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Building Services discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC coordination or M&E project management.
- Strong technical understanding of ventilation systems, ductwork design, and smart building technology (IoT).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry-standard design and documentation software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate smooth project coordination.
- Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and BCA standards for mechanical systems.
