Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ICT-related construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with project leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope and cost parameters.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to procure necessary ICT equipment and materials.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential technical issues during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ICT project management or building services engineering.
- Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS), network infrastructure, and telecommunications.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid engineering certification is a plus.
