Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects for packaging and assembly processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain)
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Report project status to stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of project management experience in semiconductor/manufacturing
- Proven NPI project lifecycle management expertise
- Familiarity with packaging/assembly processes and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
